SYNOPSIS:

Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act), the sponsor is establishing the Broadband Initiatives Program (BIP) which may extend loans, grants, and loan/grant combinations to facilitate broadband deployment in rural areas.
