Workforce Investment Act–Indian and Native American Employment and Training Programs

SYNOPSIS: Support is provided for programs to serve the employment and training needs of Indians and Native Americans through competitive award by the Department of Labor (DOL) of two-year grants, contracts, or cooperative agreements with Indian tribes, tribal organizations, Alaska Native entities, Indian-controlled organizations serving Indians, or Native Hawaiian organizations.
