DESCRIPTION: Section 330 SAC grants provide funding for primary health care services to an underserved area or population, including low-income persons, public housing residents, the homeless or migrant farmworkers in “CHCs,” “HCHs”, “MHCs” and “PHPCs” in specified geographic areas.

Although these grants often go to previous winners, it is possible to compete against an incumbent and win a SAC award.
