The Center for Sharing Public Health Services is offering up to five small grants, up to $10,000 each, to organizations that wish to explore, plan, implement or improve some aspects of cross-jurisdictional sharing (CJS) in public health.
The goal of the grants is to increase the Center’s understanding of how CJS can operate effectively. Models for CJS involving Tribes is a priority funding area. Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis from January 2 until March 31, 2017, or until all five small grants are awarded, whichever comes first. Visit
