Leveraging I-Corps for your region’s innovation economy

Wednesday, March 22 @ 3:45 p.m. EDT | Register
NSF’s I-Corps program has quickly grown to help nearly 1,000 teams of academic faculty, students and entrepreneurs test the commercial potential of university R&D. Through a network of I-Corps nodes and dozens of smaller I-Corps sites, the program is transforming how universities approach everything from initial research project design to the organizational design and function of participating institutions’ commercialization strategies. All of this leading to a greater stream of university R&D ready to move toward market viability than ever before.

But what’s next? How prepared are your regional innovation initiatives to exploit the I-Corps opportunity and to integrate successful I-Corps outcomes into your innovation strategy? Join SSTI and a panel of practitioners for an honest and interactive discussion about the program’s potential, its early impacts and ideas for how best to leverage I-Corps to achieve even greater economic outcomes in your region.
